Recording King flat top acoustic. 1939. I am told that this guitar was made by Regal in Chicago, later models were made by Gibson. The guitar is in excellent condition for its age with no structural damage just general play wear and the usual dings, not bad for a seventy year old. The tuners have been changed for top of the range open back Grovers at some point and a scratch plate fitted. The headstock features a beautiful art deco design. The lower bout is 17" which is typical of thirties guitars as is the ladder bracing. 1. 3/4" at the nut and an almost perfectly straight neck and a low action make this guitar a pleasure to play I am loath to ship this guitar as I do not have a hard case so I would prefer collection which can be from Preston/Blackpool area or Stockport Manchester.
